Return Process

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a brief explanation for the return.

  Receive Authorization

  Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the specific shipping address for our warehouse.

  Pack with Care

  Securely package your neon sign in its original box with all protective foam and accessories to ensure it arrives back to us undamaged.
